Computational Intelligence can be used to enhance the effectiveness of workday integration training. It can be used to support trainers by providing predictive models and machine learning capabilities that allow trainers to optimise training tasks. This could include mining learner data to identify learners' individual needs and personalise training for each individual. Furthermore, computer-assisted training techniques such as simulated virtual environments or natural language interfaces can be employed to streamline the training process and provide a more interactive learning experience.
